Northline Medical Devices Sample
A quick outside read of how a new buyer meets you today. We only say what we can see from outside, and where we cannot see, we say so.
How you grow today
- Growth looks event-led. The site talks about the shows you attend, and nothing on it starts a conversation with a buyer who was not at the booth.
- The first screen says "Welcome to Northline". A buyer landing cold cannot tell in five seconds what you make, who it is for or what to do next.
- Most of the home page is images and script, so search engines receive very little readable text about what you do.
- The company LinkedIn page has been quiet since last fall, and the news page stops in spring 2025. Between shows, the brand goes silent.
- There are no customer stories or video on the site, so a new buyer has nothing from a peer to go on.

What is being left on the table
Right now new business depends on the shows you attend and the relationships your team already has. The buyers you never get in a room with do not hear from you at all, and the ones who find the site cannot tell quickly what you do. With a system running underneath, the same product can reach those buyers all year.
What only a conversation shows
Some of what decides this cannot be seen from outside: how your team follows up a new inquiry, what your CRM holds, and who would run a new channel day to day. Those are the first questions on a walkthrough.
This is a quick outside read. There is more we can only see in a conversation, like how your team follows up and what your best customers have in common. If it lands, the next step is a short walkthrough of your read.
